Our wild Hare is extremely lean and tender, with a very fine texture. It is a deep mahogany red colour and comes fully prepared and ready to cook. If you're a fan of hare you really can't get much better than this.Please note: Under the Hares Preservation Act 1892, we are unable to sell any hare between 1st March and 31st July.Hare Fillets, 1 x pack of 2 (min pack wt. 200g)
