For ourselves, we have used Donald Russell for our meat and game over many a year and are seldom disappointed. Most products are supplied quickly blast frozen in sturdy vacuum wrap, therefore avoiding any freezer burn. The meats are aged appropriately for the most wonderful flavours.

Packaging is kept to a minimum to potect the meat on its journey to you and has always been perfectly frozen upon receipt.

We particularly like the offal selection and the calves liver and sweetbreads are our real comfort foods.
